Browse & Order
Explore our fabric collections, choose your colors and quantity, and place your order online. Business customers submit an order request for our team to review.
Order Confirmation
You receive an order confirmation by email. Bank transfer orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Preparation & Packing
Your fabric is carefully measured, cut, and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Delivery
Your order is shipped and delivered to your address. Shipping costs and estimated times are shown at checkout or confirmed with your order.
Placing an Order
Individual customers can order directly through the website by adding products to the cart and completing checkout. Business customers (distributors and wholesalers) submit an order request, which our team reviews and confirms with final pricing. All orders are subject to product availability.
Payment & Confirmation
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cash on delivery (where available). Orders paid by bank transfer must include the order number in the transfer reference and are processed once payment is confirmed. An order confirmation is sent by email after a successful order.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size, and shown at checkout or confirmed with your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fabric products, returns are accepted only for items that are defective or significantly different from what was ordered. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Cut-to-order and custom fabric cannot be returned unless defective. Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact our team by email or WhatsApp with your order number and a description (and photos, if relevant) of the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
